With the release of Rage 2 last week, Bethesda really only has a few previously announced games set to release in the next year or so. We saw a fair deal about Wolfenstein Youngblood, Doom Eternal, and the newest Elder Scrolls Online expansion Elsweyr last year, which only leaves the (briefly) teased Elder Scrolls 6 and the space epic Starfield for games we have already seen. We apparently won’t see much about those two this year, but you never know for sure.
Bethesda has been quiet about what we will actually see. It’s likely we will get a look at the planned ESO expansions for the next year, along with the expansions planned for Rage 2, and when the final version of the mobile game Elder Scrolls Blades will be rolled out where in the meantime, you can read our take on the fantasy game so far. Bethesda has said that Doom Eternal will be a big focus of the conference and that this year will be bigger than ever. If that is the case, they must have some surprises up their sleeves. After putting on a good show last year, they hit a significant bump with the release of Fallout 76. Let’s hope they can back their enthusiasm up with some concrete game information.
