Nintendo has continued to ride strong on their latest console the Nintendo Switch, and 2019 is no exception. 2018 focused heavily on their debut of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and that wave continues to ride high. This year Nintendo has already teased and confirmed many first party titles alongside some third party titles via Nintendo Directs, but with little teases also comes big changes. One major change is we will no longer see retired President of Nintendo of America Reggie Fils-Amie on the screen. Fans will be treated to Doug Bowser for his first Nintendo Direct as the new President of the company.
We’re most excited to see Pokemon Sword and Shield which one of our writers have waited over 20 years for. Will anything new be revealed about the game? Will we get to see some brand new Pokemon? We also have a lot of big Fire Emblem fans here at Game Savvy who we know will be watching for Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Where do you think it’ll rank in the top Fire Emblem games?
